This price list is indicative and cannot be applied to the repair of all vehicles. All amounts exclude VAT and include labour, materials, and waste disposal.

Damage Classification
Non-Chargeable Scratch
Single scratches less than 2mm on the vehicle body (excluding glass, mirrors, lights, undercarriage, rims, and tyres).
Minor Scratch
Scratches between 2mm and 10cm long, or damaged area up to 10×5cm. For special parts (mirrors, lights, rims), scratches under 2cm are considered minor.
Severe Scratch
Single scratches exceeding 10cm in length.
Minor Dent
Single dents not exceeding 10×10cm.
Severe Dent
Dents or combinations of dents within a 40×40cm area.
Replacement / Breakage / Missing Parts
Damage requiring part replacement, breakage or missing components; dents exceeding 40×40cm.
Excess table by vehicle group
The excess is the maximum amount payable by the customer in case of damage or theft. It can be reduced or waived by purchasing additional coverage (Medium / Full Protection).

- Vehicle technical immobilisation: €60.00 per day (excl. VAT).
- All amounts exclude VAT and include labour, materials, and waste disposal.
- Additional excess reduction services (Medium / Full Protection) can reduce or eliminate the excess, excluding damage to roof, undercarriage, tyres, and natural disaster damage.
- Damages are classified according to this damage and excess price list.
- For Premium and Super Luxury vehicles (R, Z, PC) fees are significantly higher. We recommend purchasing Full Protection coverage.
